Day 1: Flying to Croatia.
Check-in at your local airport 90 minutes before the designated departure time of your flight destination Dubrovnik. On arrival, pick up the rental car you will use throughout the week and to transfer to your booked hotel in Dubrovnik. According to your flight arrivel time, enjoy the rest of the day to walk around this amazing city. The old city, the ancient Ragusa, is one of the most beautiful medieval cities in the world, World Heritage Site by Unesco, it is known for the beauty of its monuments and walls. Overnight in Dubrovnik.
Day 2: Dubrovnik-Mostar-Omis.
After breakfast is time to head north. En route you can visit the beautiful city of Mostar, in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Located on the banks of the Neretva River (with its emerald waters), the silhouette of the medieval bridge over the river is very beautiful. As it is whole of the fifteenth century ancient city. After the visit, continue towards Omis where you will overnight.
Day 3: Omis, Split-Trogir.
After breakfast it is time to go to the beautiful city of Split. It is an ancient city built around the walls of a Roman palace built by Emperor Diocletian in the early IV century. In the afternoon short drive to Trogir. Overnight in this city, built on an island full of historical monuments that prove the long history of the city. Overnight in Trogir.
Day 4: Trogir-Sibenik, Krka.
After breakfast you can further explore Trogir or go to Sibenik where you can visit St. James Cathedral, which is one of the most beautiful monuments of the Renaissance in Croatia (World Heritage Site). In the afternoon we suggest you visit the Krka National Park. It is a protected area along the Krka River estuary, famous for seven waterfalls of great beauty. Another highlight in the river, is a visit to the island where the beautful Visovac Franciscan convent is located. Overnight in the National Park region.
Day 5: Krka-Zadar-Plitvice.
Have breakfast and go to Zadar, a city full of archaeological treasures of the classical period, but also with many Middle-Age and Renaissance monuments. After the visit is time to continue your route to Plitvice. This is the most famous National Park of Croatia known as Plitvice Lakes. Overnight in Plitvice.
Day 6: Plitvice-Knin-Sinj.
After breakfast, spend the morning to visit the National Park of the Plitvice Lakes. Its fame is due to its beautiful landscapes in which the sixteen lakes are connected by 92 waterfalls. Because of its stunning beauty and rich flora and fauna, this region was declared a National Park and World Heritage Site listed by Unesco. After the visit is time to drive southwards. A good place to stop is the city of Knin, just before reaching Sinj where we will spend the night.
Day 7: Sinj, Imotski-Ston-Dubrovnik.
After breakfast it's time to go back to the Dalmatian Coast. En route, we suggest a stop at Imotski, a small country town in Dalmatia, known for its two lakes: Lake Blue Eye and Red. After the visit, drive to Ston via Brela and Neum. We recommend a stop in the small town of Ston, known by its walls, salt marshes and its oysters. Overnight in Cavtat.
Day 8: Flight home from Dubrovnik.
Wether your flight time permits, spend the day paying another visit to Dubrovnik. You have to drop-off the rental car at Dubrovnik airport around 120 minutes before the designated departure time of your flight. Check-in and flight departure to your local airport from Dubrovnik. Upon arrival end of your trip to Croatia.
