The views of canals, historic buildings, its romanticism, leave their mark on your memory. The historic center of Bruges was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2000.
Day 1: Flight to Brussels.
Get to the airport 90 minutes before the scheduled departure of your flight to Brussels. On arrival transfer on your own to your hotel (optionally you we can arrange it). According to the arrival time go enjoy the city three times Capital: Flanders, Belgium and Europe. Night in Brussels.
Day 2: Brussels.
Enjoy the day in Brussels, the city of Art Nouveau and comic, the capital of Belgium and Europe. His old neighborhoods, rich cultural life, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy Belgian cuisine, vibrant nightlife, ... enough reasons to visit an entire day! Do not miss: The Grand Place with City Hall, the King's House and union halls, the "the peeing child", a small but legendary statue with the name of "Manneken Pis". The Belgian Comic Strip Center (home of the Smurfs, Lucky Luke and Tintin). The Royal District with the Gothic Cathedral of St Gudule and St Michael, the Sablon, (antiques area), the Royal Palace, the Parliament or the National Palace and the Palace of Fine Arts. And other neighborhoods such as neighborhood europes institutions and Heysel, where there is the "Atomium" and Park "Mini-Europe". Night in Brussels.
Day 3: Ghent.
Early in the morning get on the train to Ghent. Trains departs every half hour and the trip takes a little over 30 minutes. Spend the whole day in this beautiful city. You'll love the historical and monumental center of the ancient city of Ghent, the Cathedral with the Polyptych of the "Adoration of the Mystic Lamb" by the Van Eyck brothers, the beautiful town houses in the old docks and the Castle of the Counts. Night in Ghent.
Day 4: Bruges.
Early in the morning the train to Bruges. Trains run every half hour and the trip takes less than 30 minutes. You have the day to visit Bruges, one of the most charming and magic cities of the continent. After breakfast, take a train (25 min) bound Bruges, known as the Venice of the North, crossed by canals and an old town that has not changed from the Middle Ages. Make sure to visit the Lake of Love, learn the history of the city through its Beguine or climb the 366 steps of the Watchtower to enjoy magnificent views of the entire city. Night in Bruges.
Day 5: Back home from Brussels.
If you have time before leaving, go for a walk at Brussels. You must be at the airport about 90 minutes before the scheduled departure of your flight. You have included the train ticket from Bruges to Brussels airport. Trains leaves every half hour and the trip takes about an hour and a half (with a change at Brussels city). Billing and board flight to your airport destination origin. Arrival and end of the trip.
