Check-in at your airport before the departure time of your flight to Vienna. At your arrival, head to the booked accommodation. The rest of the day you are free to start visiting the city. During hundreds of years it was the capital of one of the most powerful empires that ever existed, and the history memories can be find on the entire city, with its magnificent architecture. But Vienna is much more! A green, young and animated city, a city to experience new things. Night at Vienna.
Day 2: Vienna.
You dispose of all the day to visit Vienna. The old town, built around St. Steve’s Cathedral, remains with all his ancient charm on its places and churches. It is surrounded by the majestic Ring Avenue, where most of the imperial buildings and museums are placed. It is worth to leave the old town to visit the Schönbrunn Palace (the imperial summer residence), to visit the famous Prater garden and the wine producer neighbour of Grinzig (where you can have dinner on one of its wineries, called Heurigen). Night at Vienna.
Day 3: Vienna – Innsbruck (train).
A Rail jet train will take you through the Danube vale with its destiny on the Austrian Alps. A comfortable 4 hours trip that will allow you to enjoy some fantastic landscapes before arriving to the Tirol capital, Innsbruck. The rest of the afternoon you are free to discover Innsbruck for free. Night at Innsbruck.
Day 4: Innsbruck.
You dispose of a full day to visit Innsbruck. We recommend you to include in your travel the “Innsbruck card”, which will give you access to everything you may do in the city (public transport, touristic attractions, museums...) during 24 hours. The old town is a charming place with many imperial buildings and very interesting museums. We also suggest you to get to the top of some of the surrounding alp mountain with the city cableway. You could also visit “The Cristal Worlds”, the Swarovski museum on the nearby town of Wattens. Night at Innsbruck.
Day 5: Innsbruck – Salzburg (train).
Early on the morning a train will take you to Salzburg in less than two hours, again through fantastic landscapes. You will dispose of the whole day to visit the birthplace of Mozart, known as the Rome of the North because of its history and the many baroque monuments in the city. One of the most beautiful small cities of Europe, it is also famous for its musical festivals and intense cultural activity. We recommend you to include in your package the “Salzburg Card”, which will give you access to everything you may do in the city (museums, public transport, touristic attractions...). Night at Salzburg.
Day 6: Salzburg – Graz (train).
If you have an early breakfast, you will still have time to walk for a while on Salzburg, because on the midday an Euro city train will take you to Graz. It is a direct trip of about 4 hours which will take you through the Alps and Styria. You will find magnificent landscapes with little wooden house with flowers on the windows built around the churches. After arriving to the booked accommodation we suggest you to have a walk on Graz, perhaps most animated city of Austria, with a Mediterranean lifestyle. Night at Graz.
Day 7: Graz – Vienna (train).
Keep visiting Graz, specially its old town, one of the biggest on all the Germanic countries. Apart from the famous Clock Tower, it is characterized by the Renaissance buildings and its places full of terraces. This city of a great cultural character has some excellent museums like the Armour Museum. At afternoon the Rail jet will start its two hours trip towards Vienna thought the Semmering Mountains. This railway was named World heritage by the UNESCO due to the wonderful views and the audacity of its construction. Night at Vienna.
